Cara loves to listen to and inspire others to see their own beauty and worth and the beauty in their children.
Cara lives on the Sunshine Coast QLD with her husband James and their 2 beautiful children, Morgan and Bella.

Cara’s passion is to equip others with practical ways to build hope and communicate effectively. She loves to discuss how to ‘think again’ in creating life from now.

Cara has a background in Childhood Development. She has taught children, coached in corporate settings and undertakes one on one consultancies.

She loves to laugh, sing, run and hang out with friends. Her preference is for the beach and anything warm!
